1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within [5–10 business days] (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification when your item has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or an item is temporarily out of stock, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Custom or made-to-order products may require additional time.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier selected. Estimated delivery times are typically:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days after shipment

International Shipping: Depends on the Country, more details given at the time of order placement.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order is shipped, carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other circumstances are outside of our control.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
If you’re outside the U.S. and wish to place an order, please contact us at AshleyShannon@MoreThanSundaySchool.com to discuss international options.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise specified.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
This email will include your tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after your item has shipped.
5. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet stated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, or high seasonal demand.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once your order has left our facility.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
If your package is missing, please check with your local post office, neighbors, or file a claim with the carrier.
If your package was lost in transit (never marked delivered), contact us at AshleyShannon@MoreThanSundaySchool.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll assist you with a carrier claim or replacement if applicable.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are accurate at checkout.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.
If you realize you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at AshleyShannon@MoreThanSundaySchool.com — if your order has not yet been fulfilled, we’ll update the address before shipping.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the damaged packaging and product
We’ll review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if the damage was caused during our fulfillment or shipping process.
9. Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us because it was undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed package), the customer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
We do not issue refunds for unclaimed or refused packages.
