1) All Sales Are Final (No Refunds)
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations for any reason, except when there is a verified quality issue caused by our error (see Section 2).
2) The Only Exception — Our Quality Error
You may be eligible for a free replacement (or a refund only if a replacement is not possible) if your item has a manufacturing/printing/fulfillment defect that is our fault, including:

Misprint, incorrect design placement, or wrong item sent

Material or workmanship defects

Damage caused during our production/packaging process
How to file a quality claim
Email AshleyShannon@MoreThanSundaySchool.com within 7 calendar days of delivery and include:

Order number
-
Clear photos/video showing the issue and full item

A brief description of the problem
We’ll review and, if approved, provide a replacement at no cost. We may ask you to return or safely dispose of the defective item (we’ll provide a prepaid label if a return is required). If a replacement is not reasonably possible, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Claims filed after 7 days, or without adequate documentation, may be denied.
3) Not Eligible (Examples)
The following are not considered our quality error and are not eligible for refund/return/exchange:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size, color, or design chosen by the customer

Minor color/size variations within normal production tolerances and monitor/device display differences

Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage after delivery

Packages delayed by the carrier, weather, or customs

Items marked delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen
4) Shipping Issues

Lost or damaged in transit (before delivery scan): Contact us; we’ll assist with a carrier claim and, at our discretion, arrange a replacement.

Marked delivered but not received: We’re unable to refund/replace. Please check with the carrier, household members, or neighbors and consider filing a theft report where applicable.

Incorrect address provided: We’re not responsible for undeliverable or misdelivered orders due to address errors.
5) Digital Products / Services (if applicable)
Access to digital goods, downloads, memberships, or services is non-refundable. If a digital file is corrupted or inaccessible, we’ll re-provide working access/file(s). Refunds are only considered if we are unable to restore access.
6) Refund Method (Rare Cases)
If a refund is approved because a replacement isn’t possible, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7) Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue. Unauthorized chargebacks on orders fulfilled per this policy may be contested with proof of production and delivery.
